Alinity Divine

Alinity was mentioned in a complaint suing Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch participant who is from California submitted a civil complaint seeking $25 million in damages from Twitch because they exposed them to "overly sexually provocative and explicit material that came from female streamers" while using the site. According to court records obtained by Dexerto the plaintiff who has previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, filed his formal complaint in court on June 15 seeking to file a lawsuit, and Twitch itself was issued an official summons on the 19th of June. Estavillo as per the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed is suffering from a variety of medical conditions that force him to rely on the Internet for his entertainment. He is also suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder and sexual dependence. As per the suit, Twitch makes these issues much worse. The complaint went on to identify a variety of female streamers that it says "continues to provide viewers with a wide range of content that they are just looking to catch players playing games on Twitch, but instead get exposed to sexually addictive material and material on a continuous and regular basis daily." Alinity isn't included. The complaint asks for all streamers mentioned above to be permanently barred from Twitch for violating the Terms of Service. The complaint also demands the payment of $25 million, that will "be split evenly between the plaintiff, other Twitch Turbo subscribers, as well as any funds left." Alinity Alinity Alinity
