Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964 in New York in the U.S.A. is an American actress known for portraying strong but vulnerable character. Linney is from an aristocratic family that loved theatre. Her father was a writer. Her mother, Romulus Linney was a writer. She received her degree from Brown University, and then went on to study at Arts Theatre School Moscow. located in New York City in 1990. Her first appearance was in the city on Broadway receiving awards for her roles, including Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
